Dumb to consider a job change?

Is it completely insane to be considering a job change at this time when my current role is fairly stable and I am enjoying everything about it, especially to a startup? In terms of comp, it is about a 50% bump in base salary (my next promo would bump current pay to about the same as this number), and an additional 200k/yr in startup equity. I currently value this as $0. Of course I understand, unless it’s public it’s worth nothing. (Question for people with more startup understanding, this one
