A recruiter reached out and set up the interview. I had two rounds, met the VP, and met two front-end devs. That's it. The second interview was a tech interview, and they asked me roughly 40 minutes of questions about HTML, CSS, and Vue. After 6 months of searching, I did it! Looks like there's still normal front-end positions available at companies that aren't looking for the top 0.01%. Thanks to everyone who replied to my posts.
