Young people didn’t fully understand terms of student loan plans, inquiry finds
A parliamentary inquiry revealed that over half of student loan borrowers did not fully understand the repayment terms when they signed up. The inquiry received more than 52,000 responses, highlighting widespread confusion and dissatisfaction with the current student loan system.
