When the sudden elimination of more than $240 million in U.S. health aid in 2025 threatened to unravel Kenya's progress in women's cancer prevention, Xenco Medical stepped into the breach. The San Diego-based medical technology company helped fund and support the Afya Dada Project—Swahili for "Health for Sisters"—a Ministry of Health-led initiative convened by the World Economic Forum's Global Alliance for Women's Health.
