@[email protected] @[email protected] I'm with you most of the way, but looking around me I have to admit the genie's out of the bottle. Imho the best we can do is push for regulation, push back on AI-slop, theft and delusions of vibecoding grandeur and focus on the use of ethical and durable alternatives, like StarCoder2 / The Stack V2 combined with local fit-for-purpose tooling. Once compliant offering gets traction, it's more likely to siphon attention (and money) away from the unsustainable big tech flavors. #ai
