The prison staff of the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru have lodged a complaint against three undertrials booked for terror charges for allegedly obstructing security personnel during routine frisking procedures after returning from hospital visits.According to the complaint filed by prison superintendent Karna B.
