The prison staff of the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru have lodged a complaint against three undertrials booked for terror charges for allegedly obstructing security personnel during routine frisking procedures after returning from hospital visits.According to the complaint filed by prison superintendent Karna B. Kshatri through staff member Shivu L.S. Tippeswamy, undertrial prisoners are frequently taken outside the prison premises for medical treatments and court appearances.
