Virudhunagar district police have arrested two persons on charges of selling banned lottery tickets in Seithur and Sattur.The police said that during a surprise check, the Seithur police found that Dinesh was selling other State lottery tickets by exchanging last three digits written in pieces of paper of the lottery ticket number to the customers.Similarly, Sattur police arrested Samsudeen when the police found that he was selling Kerala lottery tickets in a similar fashion. The police also seized seven pieces of papers and ₹540 from him.
