Reed Van Dyk's feature debut 'Atonement,' starring Kenneth Branagh, has been picked up by The Veterans for international sales ahead of its world premiere in the Director’s Fortnight section at Cannes. The film, inspired by a 2012 New Yorker article, follows a U.S. Marine seeking reconciliation with an Iraqi family years after a fateful decision during the Iraq War. It is co-handled in the U.S. by CAA Media Finance and WME Independent, with production led by Star Thrower Entertainment and other production companies.
