Sohum Shah’s ‘Tumbbad 2’ gets release date

Sohum Shah’s horror-drama Tumbbad 2 finally has a release date. The makers announced on Thursday (April 30, 2026) that the film will be released in theatres on December 3, 2027. It also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and is a sequel to the critically acclaimed 2018 period-horror drama.The makers shared a poster to make the announcement and wrote in caption, “A sinful past, an ominous future. The hunger rises, the legacy of greed continues. Mark your calendars #Tumbbad2 arrives on 3. 12. 2027.”
