Juanjo Giménez Peña, the Palme d’Or-winning filmmaker, is set to begin production on his new feature film 'Pínkala' in July 2026. The film, a supernatural love story, stars Pol López and is produced by Frida Films along with other international partners. 'Pínkala' has been in development for over a decade and is scheduled for international release in 2027.
