Award-winning short films from the annual competitions organised by the National Human Rights Commission were screened at the Visakha Public Library on Friday under the aegis of the Human Rights Council.The exhibition was inaugurated by Andhra University College of Arts assistant professor Pallavi and Human Rights Council secretary Shyam Prasad.
