Reseda neighbors in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles said the police have done nothing to stop a man who they claim has allegedly been terrorizing the community for years. The man identified by those who live in the area as “Greg” has lived on a property in the 7700 block of Garden Grove since 2022.
