Stewart McLean Squamish RCMP Canadian TV actor Stewart McLean went missing a week ago in the Squamish area of Canada’s British Columbia, and now investigators say the search has turned into a homicide investigation. The 45-year-old McLean, sometimes credited on TV projects as Stew McLean, was last seen May 15 at his residence in Lions Bay, about a half-hour outside Squamish and 45 minutes from Vancouver. In a statement, the Squamish Royal Canadian Mounted Police said its missing persons investigation has uncovered evidence that led investigators to believe McLean is the victim of homicide. “On May 20, IHIT (Integrated Homicide Investigation Team) deployed and assumed conduct of the investigation,” the statement reads.
