Manchester United’s Kobbie Mainoo signs new five-year deal
Kobbie Mainoo has signed a new five-year contract with Manchester United, keeping him at the club until 2031, amid previous uncertainty about his future. The 21-year-old midfielder, a product of United's academy, has made 98 appearances and played a key role in recent successes, including scoring in the 2024 FA Cup final. Despite losing his place under former manager Ruben Amorim, Mainoo was reinstated by interim coach Michael Carrick, who is expected to become the permanent manager.
