Lenovo Group Limited (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) (together with its subsidiary, “Lenovo” or the “Group”) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Phoenix Technologies’ firmware (BIOS) technology business registered in Dublin, Ireland, including its related intellectual property and expertise.
