Led by Lieutenant Governor K. Kailashnathan, the Union Territory paid rich tributes to the former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on his death anniversary on Thursday. The Lt. Governor, legislators and senior officials, including Chief Secretary Sharat Chauhan offered floral tributes to the statue of the former Prime Minister.
