Any wiki ought to do, as will paper and pen.A Moodle can author and share a presentation (as web pages) and even accept others' comments.Some wiki's are file-based, so you can protect/delete data at will, unless you or corporate backs it up.Unless you want some kind of automation. Simple is beautiful.
