IRS barred from probing claims against Trump, his company or sons after DOJ settlement

A one-page addendum to a Justice Department settlement, signed by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, stipulates that the Internal Revenue Service is barred from pursuing claims against President Trump, his company or his sons based on prior tax returns.
