Hospital probe after crocodile attack boy’s medical records accessed
A three-year-old boy was seriously injured after being thrown into a crocodile enclosure at Johnson's of Old Hurst zoo and is now in stable condition at Addenbrooke's Hospital. Cambridge University Hospitals is investigating a breach in which around 40 staff members accessed the boy's medical records without clear justification and has referred the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office. A 30-year-old Norfolk man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the incident and was later released on bail after being deemed unfit for interview.
