Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) has initiated action after detecting illegal borewell operations within the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zones of Himayat Sagar reservoir, on Sunday.It was found that groundwater was being extracted illegally and supplied for commercial use through water tankers.
