Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar of the Telangana High Court on Thursday directed the State government to conduct a detailed inquiry ‘on all erring officers who have not taken any action’ during the construction of Barrister Fatima Owaisi Education Campus within Full Tank Level/buffer zone of Salkam Cheruvu in Bandlaguda.The judge wanted the HYDRAA, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, GHMC and HMDA to file a detailed report by July 7 as to how the officials permitted construction of structures relating to the building within FTL/buffer zone of Salkam Cheruvu. The judge also instructed the School Education department to ensure students of Barrister Fatima Owaisi Educational Campus and institutions of Salar-e-Millat Education Trust are not disturbed.
