Camani Barletto, 18, was slapped Monday night with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of weapons possession, two counts of reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief for the chaotic confrontation that got Detective Robert Karroll shot in Crown Heights Sunday morning, police said.
