In a letter shared first with The Hill, the pair wrote to Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross and National Security Agency Director Joshua Rudd on Thursday about “critical priorities in intelligence collection.” Gabbard announced Friday that she will be resigning from her role.
