Gee-West second in Giro’s brutal queen stage
Derek Gee-West finished second in the challenging queen stage of the Giro d'Italia, behind American rider Sepp Kuss. This stage featured over 5,000 meters of climbing through the Dolomites, including the difficult Passo Giau. Gee-West's performance moved him up to fifth place in the general classification, while Kuss maintained his teammate Jonas Vingegaard's overall lead.
