Florida man indicted for allegedly plotting mass shooting of Jewish employees at advocacy group
A Florida man has been indicted for allegedly plotting a mass shooting targeting Jewish employees at a pro-Israel nonprofit organization. Forrest Kendall Pemberton, 27, is charged with an attempted hate crime and other offenses related to the plot. If convicted, Pemberton faces up to life in prison on the attempted hate crime count, as well as additional prison time for the other charges.
