Face LoRA Training: Should Caption Angles Reflect Camera Position or Facial Perspective?

I’m struggling with training a face LoRA, so I’d appreciate your help. What I want to understand right now is how to describe angles in captions. Should these refer to the actual camera angle, or the angle relative to the face? For example, If you take a photo of someone lying on their back on a bed, and you shoot their face straight from above, would that be considered a high angle?
