A two-bedroom corner penthouse at 3865 Lake Shore Blvd. W. in Toronto sold for $910,000, $59,000 below its $969,000 asking price, after 35 days on the market. Despite the price reduction, the unit received three offers within three weeks, two of which came from current building residents. The penthouse, part of a 14-year-old building with only six such units, was praised for its move-in ready condition, views, and building management.
