Dakshanamoorthy and member G. Suguna, held that there was deficiency in service and directed the opposite parties to jointly or severally pay ₹5 lakh towards mental agony, hardship and incidental expenses, along with ₹10,000 as litigation costs.According to the complaint, Uthresh G., an advocate from Coimbatore, purchased the motorcycle from Bharat Automotives in May 2022.
