Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on Saturday alleged that a conspiracy was being hatched to remove votes of the poor through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).Speaking to reporters here, the Deputy Chief Minister, who is also KPCC president, said that he had warned the party workers to be vigilant. “We are working to create awareness among MLAs and BLAs (Booth Level Agents) about SIR. Meetings are being called and the dates have already been announced. That is why we have come forward to raise awareness. Everyone needs to submit an application.
