Confused about the monthly cost of Plus moving forward.

I just got charged for another month of Plus, and I‘m a little confused about the charges. It’s still $20/month, just like it was last month, only the problem is… Last month it included the ability to generate up to 30 videos on Sora, yet today, I’m being charged the exact same amount, yet features I was paying for are no longer available to me... Can someone explain how removing a feature from a paid subscription while keeping the subscription price the same is supposed to be fair to customers?
