Janata Dal (Secular) Youth Wing State president Nikhil Kumaraswamy on Thursday criticised the Congress leadership structure citing remarks by party president Mallikarjun Kharge that key decisions are taken by the “high command” and said that it reflected how senior leaders are being treated within that party.Interacting with mediapersons at Sedam in Kalaburagi district, Mr. Kumaraswamy said that if even the AICC president has to defer to the “high command” on crucial issues such as leadership decisions, it raises serious questions about internal functioning of that party.
