Why would his government bail out B.C. developers who have done well at the expense of Canadian taxpayers? Those who already purchased condos in these buildings would be underwater if the government buys similar units at a discount. And how does a condo board deal with this mix of ownership when it comes time to establish required reserves or common fees that must constantly be adjusted upward?This seems to be bad policy.
