Area, district hospitals get a pat for performing complex surgeries
Government hospitals under the Directorate of Secondary Health have been recognized for successfully performing complex surgeries. From January 31, 2026, to the present, 32 complex surgeries were conducted, with 18 hospitals excelling in national health program implementation. Appreciation letters were sent to 50 hospitals for their efforts in providing quality care despite limited resources.
