The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against a suspended sub-registrar in Hanamkonda after searches revealed properties, cash, bank deposits, gold and other assets worth nearly ₹1.94 crore.According to the ACB, the case was registered against Davuluri Anand, Sub-Registrar-II at the Sub-Registrar Office, Warangal (R.O.), Hanamkonda, who is currently under suspension.The ACB conducted surprise searches on Wednesday at the official’s residence and other premises linked to his relatives. During the searches, investigators identified two residential houses valued at ₹71.56 lakh and six open plots valued at ₹28.37 lakh.
