Despite training only against each other in a shared facility with a thin equipment budget, this small group keeps producing results. Isabel Albino has taken sets off Dina Meshref and Mariam Al Hudaibi at the African Games, and Eugenia Simões came back from behind to beat Botswana's best player to win the 2024 Region 5 Championships at home. Isabel just won the Olympic Solidarity program, which sponsors her preparation for the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
