Virudhunagar district police have seized 27 country-made bombs with the arrest of two persons, in connection with the hurling of bomb on a liquor shop in Koomapatti on May 18.The police identified the accused as Sanathanakumar, 27, and Muthukrishnan, 26. The accused had reportedly made the bombs for hunting wild animals and supplied it to the other accused who had hurled the bomb on the liquor shop, the police said.The police have already arrested Ramani, 44, of Koomapatti, Raja, 45, of Ramasamypuram with the help of CCTV footages after they had thrown the bombs on the wall of the shop following a quarrel with the shop workers. However, no one was injured in the incident.
